- Peddinghaus Anglemaster Punch/Shear Machine – Utilizing technologies of hydraulic punching and shearing with automated carbide part marking into one unit for processing angle iron and heavy plate detail components. We are one of only a few shops in Arizona that have this piece of equipment.
- Metfin Pass Through Shot Blast System – This machine is capable of cleaning parts 2’ x 2’ with unlimited length due to the pass through conveyor system on each end. It is fully capable of providing SP6 or SP10 finishes on metal.
- BUG-O, Praxair, Miller Customized Hard Automation Welder With Dual Torches – The system utilizes Miller Electric Mfg. Co. components all integrated with a Bug-O motion control side beam welding system and Praxair’s microbulk gas blending package. The customized side beam welder can weld at the speed of 60” per minute with more accuracy and quality than the most experienced welder could perform.
- Prostar Steel Pro 1000 Precision Shape Cutting Machine – This machine is essentially a “beam line” and is a robotic plasma cutting machine that is specifically designed for the structural steel and the metal buildings industries which require cut to length and coping of beams, holes and slots etc. in structural steel members. This includes I & H Beam, Square & Rectangular Tubing, Channel, Angle and any other shape which can be placed on the machine. It can even process strip and bevel plate so it eliminates the need for a separate base plate cutting station.
All of these machines along with our indoor paint booth which is one of the largest in the state gives us the ability to offer manufacturing processes faster and more accurate than any other shop in the state can offer.
