This project presented many challenges for the construction team. Many of the challenges were related to poor craftsmanship and lack of coordination by various subcontractors. I want to thank everyone for a job well done on the Chandler Fire Admin building. The Memorial Plaza was dedicated this morning and the service was done very well.
