Spirit Construction Services has performed a thorough evaluation of Bell Steel performance for the Project's "Steel Erection" package associated with the new manufacturing facility in Tolleson Arizona.
Our review focused on an evaluation of current 'like-service' cost, management capability, available labor resources, previous track record, and professional references, safety, and ability to achieve our schedule deliverables.
Bell steel has exceeded our expectations by completing their portion of the project with no safety incidences and ahead of an aggressive schedule. We would recommend that they be considered for any future steel additions for any other WinCup facilities.
